I will never forget the feeling of walking into my first shoot with her. I drove 2 hours for a babes day event (pregnant in a car that could literally break down at any second lol) and when I got there I almost turned around and went right home. I'm not gonna lie it was scary to not knowing what I was walking into or WHO I was walking in to meet but the second me and Sharla met it was like we had been best friends our whole life. That shoot was over 2 years ago and they are still some of my very favorite pictures from my pregnancy. Wether it's picking an outfit, choosing a set you wanna shoot in, posing, facial expressions, literally you name it she is there to help and guide you through and make you feel the most comfortable. Since that first babes day I've gone to almost every event I could and been shot in multiple different stages of life (pregnant, newly postpartum, about to get married, grieving, you name it) and no matter what Sharla always shows me how beautiful I am. You are worth investing in. You are worth the risk of trying something even if it's scary. You ARE beautiful! 

I've had a few full sessions with her, but most of my experience has been during babes days and these are just... I just know you're gonna love them SO MUCH.

I'm so glad you're reading this page. Honestly, if I had enough time to sit down and actually talk to you about my experience working with Sharla.... 

Well, I highly recommend working with her. From the moment you meet her, it’s like you’ve met your best friend. She’s serious about her work and insanely talented, but always makes a shoot fun and inviting, not stuffy and weird or awkward. You absolutely will not regret anything about a shoot with her, except not doing it sooner.

If you’re thinking about doing a Boudiour shoot, don’t hesitate! Sharla is an incredible photographer. My journey started when I saw a post online one day and thought, “maybe I should try and do a shoot? Hubby might like it.” After weeks of debating I finally reached out to Sharla and scheduled a shoot. To say I was terrified and doubtful up until literally the last minute is an understatement. I was messaging Sharla in the middle of the night (the night before my shoot!) freaking out and ready to cancel. Sharla promised everything will be okay and I will feel like a queen during and after, even if I was a hot mess up until the first pic. When I showed up for hair and makeup, Sharla immediately started joking around, finding outfits and explaining the process. Once I was in front of the camera I was shaking for my first picture but when Sharla started cracking jokes and telling me to make my “O face” I couldn’t stop laughing. The whole experience made me realize that no matter how you feel about your body or what stage you are in life, Boudiour will expose your true beauty both inside and out. I’ve since been working with Sharla for 2yrs and love seeing all our new faces coming in for their time in the spotlight during Babes Days or their own personal shoots. Who the hell

Since you’ve landed here, it’s time I introduce myself. I’m Sharla, and for the last 8+ years, I’ve been running this wild, beautiful, chaotic thing we call Lanora Ronée Photography, as well as The Unleashed Studio. You likely met one of my Hype Squad out in the wild, and well... here you are.

What do I actually do? I photograph women in private boudoir sessions that feel like therapy in lingerie: sessions that remind you exactly who the hell you are when the world tries to make you forget. My studio is my creative playground; it’s a space designed for your wildest, most intimate personas to be experienced and captured. We take it a step further with unique, high-concept themes sets like our unique Rain Room, our Arcade, and our BookTok Bedroom (complete with a St. Andrews Cross), and bonus sets like 6' tall angel wings or bondage, giving you room to play and evolve.

Over the years, I’ve also realized just how vital our community is. That’s why Babes Days were born. These are our themed community events, because boudoir isn’t the only way women deserve to feel seen, connected, and celebrated. Think of them as part hype squad, part girls’ day out, and part therapy you actually want to go to.

This whole brand exists because I know firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself in life, work, relationships, and motherhood. But I also know how powerful it is to finally see yourself again: in photos, in community, and in moments you didn’t think you’d ever feel again. You might not know exactly where you are on your journey when you stumble upon LRP, but you know you need something we offer. Or bb, you wouldn't be here.

So yeah, I’m not here to pitch you some fake “confidence cure.” I’m here to create spaces and experiences that prove you’re already the woman you’ve been waiting to become.
